On the 31st of May 2016, as part of the VIII International Forum ATOMEXPO 2016, a briefing will be held with the participation of First Deputy General Director for Commerce of JSC V/O IZOTOP Alexei Vakulenko. He will tell about the production potential and development perspectives of ROSATOM’s isotope production complex.

At the briefing, journalists who accredited for visiting the exhibition will be able to ask the speaker all questions of their interest about Russian isotope industry, companies, produced isotopes, export and logistic capabilities of All-Region Association IZOTOP, who is the official distributor of ROSATOM.

The ROSATOM isotope production complex is the largest in the world and unites more than 10 companies of the sector. It is capable to produce a broad list of isotopes: radioactive and stable isotopes, ionizing radiation sources, radiopharmaceuticals, and short-lived isotope generators. Russian isotopes today are in great demand throughout the world. ROSATOM’s companies steadily build up production capacities, broaden the list of fabricated products, as well as strive to certify available productions in accordance with the international quality standards. These measures allow significantly widening the geography of deliveries. As concerns isotope deliveries to the international market, JSC V/O IZOTOP is the “one-stop shop”. The company works with more than 600 clients in 50 world countries. ROSATOM offers its clients the full set of services, including sale and delivery of isotopes, and necessary servicing. Its partners and clients include the largest players of the world isotope market such as QSA Global of the USA, Canadian MDS Nordion, Eckert & Ziegler, GE, IDB Holland, Polish Polatom and others.

The briefing will take place on May 31 (tentatively at 11:10 – 11:30) in the press center of the exhibition (4 Ilyinka str., Gostiny Dvor, Moscow).
