On May 30, 2016, ASE Group will hold the roundtable discussion on the topic: "Life cycle management" as a part of VIII International Forum ATOMEXPO 2016. From NPP construction management to NPP information management in the course of the whole life cycle"

The moderator of this roundtable discussion will be Richard Crisp, Director for System Engineering, IBM. ASE Group will be represented by Vitaly Medyakov, the Vice President for Projects in Russia, who will deliver a report on the management system for operation based on information simulation. In addition, the reports on building management at the operation stage will be presented by Rosenergoatom Concern JSC, CEZ (Czech Republic). The customers of new NPPs, a representative of Fennovoima Oy (Finland) and Attila Assodi, Authorised Representative of the Government of Hungary on matters of expansion of NPP Paks, will speak about the requirements  at the transfer of engineering data from the design and construction stages to the operation stage.

The developers of information platforms from SAP and Dassault Systems will present their vision of the process of management of knowledge in the course of the NPP life cycle. In particular, Pavel Gontarev, General Director, SAP CIS, will take part in this roundtable discussion. Regulators represented by Alexey Ferapontov, Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Ecological. Technological and Nuclear Supervision, and Luchezar Kostov, Chairman of the Managing Board, NRA (Nuclear Regulatory Agency), will speak on their interest in establishing the single information space with the engineering company and NPP operator in the course of NPP design, construction and operation.

The effective management of NPP design and construction by means of MULTI-D technology has enabled ASE to accumulate a sufficient amount of knowledge for NFs (nuclear facilities). The transfer of these knowledge from the "D" and "C" (design and construction) stages to the "O" stage allows not just to create the single information space (SIS) but also to effectively manage it offering a broad spectrum of information-based services.  Subsequent standardization of such services will lead to economic benefits, both for the contractor and for the customer, and it is, in the first place, saving of time, extension of the lifetime of equipment and, consequently, increase of the installed capacity utilization factor (ICUF) and reduction of the price.

The roundtable discussion will be held from 10:00 till 18:00 (with a lunch break) in Conference Hall No.3.
