Andrey Nikipelov
Background
Andrey Nikipelov was born on March 7, 1968 in Kommunarsk (Ukraine). He holds a degree in Economics from Moscow State University received in 1992. His academic background includes a number of educational programmes at the Skolkovo Business School, among them International Competitiveness and Efficiency (2010) and Efficiency Strategic Session (2011). In 2001–2003, Mr Nikipelov worked as Deputy CEO at the Volgograd Tractor Factory and then as General Director of the VGTZ Foreign Trade Company. He was then appointed Deputy Commercial Director of the Construction Association within the Presidential Property Management Department. In 2004–2006, Mr Nikipelov served as Director for Economics and Finance at the Machine Building Plant in Elektrostal, a subsidiary of the TVEL Fuel Company, and was then promoted to the post of Vice President for Economics and Finance at TVEL (2006–2008). During the next four years Mr Nikipelov held the position of First Vice President for Finance, Economics and Development at TVEL.
